State rank = the model's opportunity-score rank among Mississippi mills (66 ranked); unranked mills are not yet scored. Capacity is the model's figure and basis; a permit figure is a ceiling, not production. Location is the MFC directory point where the mill matches one, otherwise the town centre (the popup says which). Listed mills with a capacity but no model residue are sized with the model's own median residue per MMBF and say so in the popup. "Nearest line" is straight-line distance to EIA generalized pipeline geometry, ± a few miles.
